Health at Home™ has been providing specialized home care services since 1984—services tailored to meet individual client needs, ranging from private home care, companions, transportation, nursing/therapy services and light housework. We also provide assistance with larger life experiences such as a health diagnosis requiring specialized care with physician coordination. Competent and reliable staff members are available for 24-hour home health care and will facilitate trips for doctor’s appointments or other medical care required outside the home.
